This luxury home is in Sunridge Woods, an exclusive development situated South of Orlando, which is the ideal location to provide a gateway to Florida's abundant attractions, as it is only 5 minutes from the Interstate 4 Highway. This enables easy access to the Gulf Coast, Tampa, Busch Gardens, Clearwater, Sarasota, Naples etc, or the Atlantic Coast for Kennedy Space Centre, Daytona and Cocoa Beaches. Universal Studio's, Island's of Adventure, Sea World and Downtown Orlando with it's famous Church Street Station are all within easy reach. Most importantly of all it is only 8 minutes drive to Disney Main gate.

Orlando Airport is only a 30 minute drive and it is less than 10 minutes to the US 192, with its countless shop's, restaurant's and Dinner Show's. The villa stands in a 1/4 acre of mature gardens, in a residential area, a large proportion of the homes are owned and occupied by American residents. The large shaped pool is fitted with solar heating and we have the added luxury of electric heating for the cooler months. The spacious cool-deck guards against burning your feet and the fine mesh pool screening ensure that you can soak up the Florida sunshine without being pestered by "bugs". Our comfortable padded patio furniture allows you to relax and slowly unwind after a hard day at the park's or after you have "shopped till you drop". Outside lights have been installed so that you can have a midnight swim, enjoy meal;s outdoors or just purely relax and enjoy the lovely Florida evenings.

We have multi channel cable television in the lounge and two bedrooms, as well as VCR and CD hifi system; a play station 2 has also been installed. The telephone system allows unlimited worldwide "free" calls.

The kitchen contains every conceivable luxury that you would expect in a Floridian home, including dishwasher, microwave, large fridge/freezer, enormous oven etc. and ample supplies of crockery, cutlery and glasses. The home is also equipped with a washer, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and hair dryers.

Full air conditioning is provided to every room and we also have paddle fans installed to all rooms, which helps the cool air circulate.
